Employee Health and Well-Being: More Than Just a Job
The well-being of our employees is central to everything we do at Servier. We adopt a holistic approach to ensure not just their physical health but also their mental and social wellness. We support work-life balance through flexible working hours and work-from-home arrangements.
Safety First: Protecting Our People
The safety of our employees is of paramount importance to us. We regularly conduct earthquake and fire drills in collaboration with our building administration to ensure preparedness during emergencies. We partner with the National Red Cross to train selected employees in basic first aid. For our Sales Force, who spend a significant amount of time on the road, we provide online defensive driving lectures and distribute safe driving infographic materials to promote proper road practices and courtesy.
Diversity and Inclusivity: A Safe Space for Everyone
Embracing diversity and inclusivity is fundamental to our culture. We hire based on talent and capabilities, free from biases related to gender, status, or social background amongst others. Additionally, we prioritize creating a supportive environment through regular psychological safety (PS) workshops and seminars. By continually enhancing our PS practices, we empower our employees to voice their ideas confidently and fearlessly.

We are deeply committed to serving our community. Over the years, we have conducted medical missions to provide care to those in nearby neighborhoods who cannot afford treatment. We also focus on health education, emphasizing the importance of early treatment of lifestyle diseases. During the pandemic, Servier Philippines played an active role in supporting hospitals and healthcare practitioners in their efforts to save lives.
Environmental Responsibility: Stewards of the Planet
The future quality of life depends on how we care for our planet today. Every act, no matter how small, contributes to the greater good. We aim to lower carbon emissions by selecting low-emission vehicles and ensuring proper maintenance of our fleet. We are exploring the feasibility of adopting renewable energy solutions as part of our sustainability plan. Initiatives such as paperless transactions and waste management are already in place, and we practice responsible purchasing by partnering with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability. Collaborating with local LGUs, we have also taken part in shoreline clean-up efforts.
