To ensure consistent implementation of Quality Calls (MD Contacts/MD Engagements, Promotional Activities and CMEs. – REACH Activities
1. DELIVER SALES TARGET
- Ensure 100% sales achievement per product
- Continue to grow each product based on market potential and be able to defend market share versus competition
2. EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS and PROGRAMS
- Implement effective and efficient promo-initiated programs
- Implement quality CME (REACH) activities based on MD potential (Product Adoption Matrix)
- Conceptualize territory-specific projects with optimum use of budget
- Ensure interactive, engaging and individualized detailing presentation based on specific MD profile.
3. EXPAND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- Keep an eye for business opportunities:
- potential HIG and C100 accounts in the territory
- include potential MDs
4. DEVELOP and MAINTAIN FRANCHISE with KOLs and KEY ACCOUNTS
- Develop strategies to increase number of potential allies (MDs, C100, Trade Outlets, HIG accounts)
- Create programs and follow through activities to sustain strong franchise and business partnership with KOLs and Key Accounts
5. AWARENESS OF COMPETITION
- To develop keen knowledge about the competition like observable strategies such as promotional programs, ratio of manpower, etc.
6. EFFECTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of weekly and monthly reports
- Accountability in handling resources of the company such as samples, promo materials and funds
7. MANAGE INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH INTERNAL CUSTOMERS
- Manage interpersonal relationships with counterparts, team-mates, superiors, office personnel and Zuellig Pharma Corp counterparts)
