
Last March, we had an incredible Midyear Cycle Meeting, themed “Mission Possible”, that marked several significant milestones for our team. We were thrilled to witness Aymeric Menard’s debut presentation as Managing Director, where he shared his vision and strategic direction for the future, emphasizing collaboration, communication and quality execution as drivers to make our mission, truly possible.
The 3-day conference saw the official launch of our omnichannel initiative, paving the way for more integrated and seamless customer experiences. This is a game-changer in how we engage and serve our HCPs. It was followed by comprehensive discussions on our product strategies and ongoing projects, providing valuable insights and fostering collaboration among teams. These sessions were instrumental in refining our approach and ensuring effective communication with HCPs.
During the closing ceremony, we unveiled our employer brand: “I AM Servier” which underscores the pride of being a Servier employee, captured in our day to day experiences. We then held the first One LT open space session where the Leadership Team answered questions gathered from employees, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and inclusivity. Finally, to cap off the event, we celebrated and recognized the outstanding performers of the first semester. It was a night filled with cheerful celebration and appreciation of the hard work and dedication of our team members.
