Servier Philippines successfully held its 2026 Midyear Cycle Meeting in Alabang, bringing together teams from across the organization for a meaningful gathering focused on alignment, collaboration, and execution excellence.  

Anchored on the theme “Same Strategy. Sharper Execution.”, the four-day meeting served as a key moment to reflect on progress, recalibrate priorities, and ensure that strategic goals are translated into impactful, on-the-ground execution.  

More than a business checkpoint, the Midyear Cycle Meeting created a platform for shared learning and open dialogue. Through plenary sessions, functional updates, and interactive workshops, participants reinforced the importance of being Brilliant at the Basics, emphasizing disciplined execution, quality engagements, and consistency in delivering value to stakeholders.
